Resources mobilized in nursing preceptorship: a study in Grounded Theory

The development of skills implies the mobilization resources considering personal learning, educational training, and professional experience. quality depends on combination environment. objective this study was to identify that are mobilized in competencies nursing preceptors. A qualitative carried out based Grounded Theory. took place two services a hospital metropolitan area Lisbon, from November 2018 December 2019. interviews were with nurses at different stages Patrícia Benner's Socio-Professional Development Model experiences guiding students. Theoretical sampling conducted according needs identified data coding. Data analysis treatment performed Theory methodology. preceptor nurses’ characterized as endogenous exogenous.
